1. Your order

These terms apply to digital goods purchased through this BoostMania decorations storefront. Review the item description, price, and these terms before paying. By ordering, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

Check the item, intended Discord account, and any disclosed eligibility restrictions. Provide accurate checkout details and use an authorized payment method. We may reject an unavailable or unauthorized order; any payment taken remains subject to the remedies below.

You must be legally able to place the order or have any legally required parent or guardian authorization.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD. “40% off” refers to the listed BoostMania USD base price, not a claim about Discord’s prices worldwide. Payment gateway fees may be added; review the final amount before confirming payment.

BoostMania handles checkout through external payment services. Payment opens on a separate checkout page; check the merchant, item, and total before proceeding.

Payment must be confirmed before fulfillment begins. A receipt is payment evidence, not a gift. If a price error prevents fulfillment, we will seek your agreement to a correction or provide the remedy due; we will not silently increase an agreed charge.

3. Gift delivery

Gift links are made available in My orders. A valid delivery means the correct item, consistent with its description, is accessible through a usable gift link that was unredeemed when provided. A status label or receipt alone does not establish valid delivery.

Payment confirmation, availability checks, or review can cause delays. We do not promise instant delivery. Check your order and contact support if it is not progressing. Do not pay again to resolve an existing payment or delivery issue.

4. Keep your order access

Orders are stored by BoostMania, but their private access information is saved in your browser. Return using the same browser and device. Clearing site data or ending private browsing can remove access; there is no automatic account or email-code recovery.

Save your order ID, receipt, and delivered gift link privately. Support can review lost access using your order evidence. Lost browser access does not, by itself, remove rights relating to an undelivered or faulty purchase.

5. Cancellations and refunds

For cancellation before delivery, contact support promptly. Fulfillment may already be processing, so a discretionary cancellation may not be possible. Applicable cancellation and withdrawal rights still take priority.

Once the correct, valid gift has been made available in My orders or redeemed, we do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. This includes selecting the wrong variant, already owning the item, or no longer wanting it, where the description was accurate. This rule does not exclude remedies for:

• Non-delivery or an invalid gift.
• A gift already used before it was delivered to you.
• A wrong or materially misdescribed item.
• Billing errors or duplicate charges.
• Any other refund, withdrawal, or remedy required by applicable law.

Nothing here automatically waives a cooling-off or withdrawal right. Payment or digital delivery alone does not replace any express consent, acknowledgment, or confirmation required for such a right to end.

Refunds are reviewed rather than automatically issued. We review requests promptly and provide the replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required within applicable legal time limits. When a refund is due, we use the original payment method where possible; store credit is not a compulsory substitute.

6. Your responsibilities

Use an eligible Discord account and follow Discord’s redemption instructions. Check the account before confirming redemption. Protect gift links: another person who obtains one may redeem it. We cannot generally reverse a valid redemption caused by sharing a link or selecting the wrong account, without limiting mandatory rights.

BoostMania does not need your Discord password, account token, or backup codes. Never send these through checkout or support.

7. Disputes and fair use

Contact us first if reasonably possible so we can investigate an issue. This does not waive payment-dispute rights or require you to miss a deadline.

We may limit requests or restrict access to prevent fraud, unauthorized payments, abuse, or disruption. Restrictions do not erase obligations or remedies for paid orders. Provide truthful information when requesting assistance or raising a dispute.

8. Independence and responsibility

BoostMania is independent of Discord and is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. Brand names, artwork, and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners. Purchasing a gift does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses or business losses from personal purchases. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies.

9. Updates and support

The terms in place when you order govern that purchase. Updated terms apply to future orders, not retroactively. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply only insofar as lawful.

Contact BoostMania support privately with your order ID, receipt, and relevant error message. Do not post payment details or gift links publicly.
