BoostHow it works.
Find your look, complete checkout, then redeem your gift from My orders. Here’s what happens at each step.
1. Find the look you want.
The handpicked looks on the homepage are a selection, not the whole catalog. Choose Find any item and search by item name, Discord shop link, or SKU. Matching items appear as previews after you search.
Use the category and collection filters to narrow the handpicked selection, or save an item with its heart icon. Open an item to review its name, artwork, category, and price before continuing. Decorations, nameplates, bundles, profile effects, and avatar frames are different item types; check that the selected item is the one you intended to buy.
Favorites are remembered in the browser where you save them.
2. Review your details and pay.
Enter your email address and Discord username, then select where you found us. We do not ask for your Discord password or account token. Check the item and price, then select Pay now.
BoostMania arranges your checkout through an external payment provider. The Pay now button opens the provider’s payment website. Choose from the available payment methods and review the item and final total before paying. Keep the store tab available so you can return to your order.
Store prices are in USD, with 40% off the listed BoostMania USD base price. Payment gateway fees may be added at checkout, so the final payment total can be higher than the item price shown in the shop.
If the price changes before checkout, refresh the item and review its current price before proceeding.
3. Follow your order in My orders.
Return to BoostMania and open My orders in the header. Payment must be confirmed before your selected gift is purchased and prepared. A payment receipt is not the gift link.
- Awaiting payment: payment has not yet been confirmed. If you still need to pay, use the existing checkout link shown with the order.
- Payment confirmed / Preparing your gift: the order is moving through delivery. You do not need to make another payment.
- Ready to redeem: your gift link is available in the order.
- Delivery under review: contact support with your order ID. Do not pay again to try to resolve it.
Active orders update while My orders is open. You can also select Refresh to check again. Confirmation and delivery times can vary; there is no guaranteed instant delivery time.
4. Redeem your gift on Discord.
When the order says Ready to redeem, select Redeem gift or copy its gift link. Redemption takes place on Discord, not in the BoostMania checkout. Make sure you are using the Discord account you want to receive the item, then review and complete Discord’s redemption steps.
Keep the gift link private. Someone else with the link may be able to redeem it. Do not post it in public chats, screenshots, or reviews.
If Discord shows a redemption error, keep the exact message and your order ID, then contact support. Do not purchase another copy just to troubleshoot the same order.
Keep access to your order.
Your order is stored by BoostMania, and this browser keeps the private access information used to display it in My orders. Return using the same browser and device. A different browser, clearing site data, or closing a private browsing session can remove your saved access.
There is currently no customer account login or email-code recovery for My orders. Entering the same email on another device does not restore the order list automatically.
Save your order ID and payment receipt. Once the gift is available, copy the gift link somewhere private before clearing browser data. If you lose access, contact support with your order details so the issue can be reviewed.
A few common questions.
I paid, but the order still says Awaiting payment.
Return to the same browser, open My orders, and select Refresh. Payment confirmation may take time to reach the store. Keep your receipt and contact support if the status does not update. Do not pay a second time while you are checking an existing payment.
Checkout did not open. What should I do?
Check My orders for the existing order and its Open checkout link. Use that checkout when available. If no checkout was created or an error remains, follow the on-screen message or contact support instead of repeatedly submitting payment.
Will the gift be sent to my email or Discord DMs?
Gift links are delivered in My orders on BoostMania. Your email receipt or payment confirmation is separate from the gift. Return to the store to view and redeem it.
What if I cannot find the item I want?
Use Find any item rather than only searching the handpicked selection. Try a shorter name or the item’s shop link. If it still does not appear, ask support about that item before buying something else.
Where can I check purchase terms or request help with an order?
Read the terms of service for purchase terms. For a cancellation, refund question, or delivery problem, contact support with the order ID and payment receipt so your specific order can be reviewed.
