What we use and why.

When you start checkout, we collect your email address, Discord username, and the answer to “Where did you find us?” We store these with the selected item, price, order ID, payment status, and delivery information to process your purchase, answer support requests, and resolve payment or delivery issues. The referral answer helps us understand how customers discover BoostMania.

We also store the private information needed to authorize order access and deliver your gift. Keep order-access details and gift links private. We do not ask for your Discord password, account token, or backup codes.

To limit spam and automated abuse, the store uses rate-limit records derived from request information, including hashed IP-based identifiers. Hosting and payment services may separately process network, device, and security information when you use their services.

If you contact support, we use the details you choose to send to investigate and respond. Send only information relevant to your issue and hide unrelated personal or payment details in screenshots.

Who handles checkout and delivery.

BoostMania arranges checkout through an external payment provider. Your email, Discord username, referral answer, and order details are included with the checkout invoice. Payment details are entered on the provider’s checkout page; this store does not have a card-details form. The provider and the payment method you choose may collect additional information under their own privacy terms.

Hosting, database, payment, and fulfillment services process information needed to run the store and complete your order. These services may operate in different countries. Information may also be retained or disclosed when needed to address fraud, payment disputes, or applicable legal obligations.

Our support link opens Discord. Gift redemption also takes place on Discord. Those services have their own account and privacy settings. Check the destination before signing in or entering payment information.

What stays in your browser.

The store uses local browser storage for favorites and private access to your saved orders. Session storage helps retry the same checkout without creating duplicate orders and remembers temporary request cooldowns. This storage supports the store’s functionality.

Clearing site data removes locally saved favorites and order access. It does not delete the underlying order stored by BoostMania. My orders currently has no account login or automatic email-code recovery, so keep your order ID and receipt, and save a delivered gift link somewhere private.

On a shared device, another person using the same browser profile may be able to see saved orders. Do not share browser storage or private order-access information.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests.

Order and support records may be retained for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, payment disputes, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Not all records can be deleted immediately after a purchase or a request.

Use the contact page to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that the request relates to your order. Requests are reviewed according to applicable requirements and any continuing need to retain the relevant records.
