Help us find your order.

Include your order ID, a short description of what happened, and the relevant payment receipt or error message. Hide unrelated payment and personal information. Never post a gift code, private order-access details, or receipt in a public channel.

If you have already paid, check My orders using the same browser where you started checkout. Payment confirmation and gift delivery are separate steps; do not pay a second time to try to speed up a pending order.

If you cleared browser data or changed devices, tell support you have lost access and keep your order ID and receipt ready. There is no automatic recovery based only on an email address.

Check before sharing or paying.

We do not need your Discord password, account token, backup codes, or remote access to your device to complete this purchase. Gift redemption should take place on Discord, and payment should begin from the store’s Pay now button.

If a message claims to be BoostMania support and asks for sensitive information or an unexpected payment, return to this page and use the official support link to check it. Report suspicious messages with a screenshot that hides private information.
